Last week I spent time with Profiler2006 (https://www.deviantart.com/profiler2006), preparing for some shootings. While we had a lot of ideas, St. Peter up there had a differnt opinion, so when we carried our carefully prepared props into the woods we soon were in the middle of a storm. Rain would have been somewhat manageable, but lightning was too dangerous. So we didn't get much done. But on the other hand, we had a lot of fun with the handywork. So the planned white shooting will be at some other time with hopefully better weather. I'm not a perfect beauty. I know that. And many days I'm okay with that. The problem is, people nowadays are so much bombarded with pictures of perfect beauty to compare themselves to. Nobody would think he or she is completely dumb because they aren't as intelligent as Einstein. We know we're mediocre and that's okay. But with beauty - there are constantly these unrealistic ideals shoved into our faces. We feel like ugly ducklings because we don't look like Heidi Klum and hope to be one day a swan.
